GENERAL
Our jewellery is crafted with high-quality 925 sterling silver and stainless steel, offering durability and elegance. We use 18k gold plating for a luxurious finish and cubic zirconia stones for sparkling, timeless accents. Each piece is designed to combine beauty, strength, and lasting wear.

SHIPPING
All our jewellery comes in our Nora Izumi box wrapped with a ribbon on top, making it ideal for not only self-storage but also for gifting to your loved ones.
Orders are processed and shipped out Monday – Friday only (excluding Australian Public Holidays). We aim to have all orders shipped as soon as possible and within 48 hours of being placed.
Express orders generally take 1-3 business days
Standard orders generally take 4-5 business days
During sale and promotional periods, the orders may take additional 3-5 days to arrive.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
At Nora Izumi, we offer our customers to exchange or refund their jewellery due to change of mind within 7 days of their initial purchase.
Our change of mind policy excludes earrings and any pierced jewellery of any style due to Health and Hygiene Laws regardless of being worn or unworn.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received the order. Your purchase must also be in the original packaging and returned to Nora Izumi within 7 days of the original purchase date. Shipping for change of mind will not be refunded.
All our jewellery is quality checked by a member of our dispatch team. From time to time, however, there may be a rare fault.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a manufacturing failure or fault. We will gladly offer a replacement if the product was confirmed by one of our team as faulty within 1 month of purchase (exclusions apply).
