Nora Izumi Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Store your jewellery separately and keep away from rubbing against hard surfaces to prevent scratches, and clean it regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Please note that tarnishing is natural over time, but with proper care, your jewellery can retain its shine and lustre for longer.

Returns
You are eligible for change of mind returns within 7 days after receiving your item.
Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:
1. Earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
2. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding the newsletter sign up).
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the nora izumi box provided.
4. All sale purchases are final sales and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
